HISTORY   Valencia Bakery is a very well known and respected bakery in the New York City metropolitan area for over 60 years. Specializing in Birthday Cakes, we also design most types of character birthday cakes, or we can even place your favorite photo onto a cake. We have a large selection of Wedding Cake Designs available, ready to be tailored to your specific request. Our cakes are made of Yellow Sponge Cake and Butter Crème Icing. We also offer Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Icing, but must be ordered in advance. Try any of our 15 different fillings. Need a cake in a hurry? No problem - Our cakes that are available for the same day purchase are filled with pineapple and have white icing with sugar flowers in assorted colors. We have a small supply of custard cakes for the same day purchase available. First come - first served. We have a large variety of cakes available for immediate pick up, ranging in sizes, from a 6 inch round to 12 inch round cake.
